I’ve driven past Summercrest more times than I can count… turns out I’ve been sleeping on this one. 👀
You know those cars that don’t look like much from the outside, but then someone fires one up and you realize what’s actually under the hood?
That’s Summercrest.
I finally stopped in, toured the models and talked with my buddy Brad, and I’ve gotta say, Toll Brothers did a really nice job here.
Great finishes, homes starting in the mid-$600s, and one number that REALLY got my attention: $272/month in fees.
You just don’t see that very often around here.
And you guys know I’m tough with my ratings… based on finishes and surprise sleeper factor, 9/10 from me.
