You keep the house spotless for weeks and nothing happens. Then the ONE day you don’t make the bed? Someone wants a showing.
It can be frustrating, but here’s why I always tell sellers to make every showing count: sometimes there are only one or two buyers in the market who are the right buyer for your property.
You never know if the showing you almost said no to is the one that gets it sold.
Make the bed. Let them in. 😂
