This property has everything I love, acreage, an Old Florida-style home, and plenty of character. But when I first pulled up, it reminded me of seeing a classic car hidden under a cover. You know there’s something special underneath… you just can’t quite see it.
When I met with the sellers, we walked the property together and talked through first impressions. Those Birds of Paradise have grown so much over the years that they’re hiding the home instead of showcasing it.
It’s never easy asking a seller to remove something they’ve loved for years, but sometimes a few strategic changes make all the difference.
