From what I’m seeing right now, the Southwest Florida single-family home market is strong—and in some communities, inventory is moving in a big way.
Yes, rates matter. But so do inventory, demand, timing, and finding the right property when it becomes available. Waiting for one piece of the equation to change could mean missing the home you actually wanted.
