I had one of those little moments today that makes you stop and think.
Watching a father and son playing catch before the game took me right back to when my kids were small, when the throws were only a few feet apart and every catch felt like the biggest accomplishment in the world.
Then one day you realize they’ve grown up. The throws get longer, the game changes, and before you know it those little moments you thought would last forever went by in the blink of an eye.
It was a good reminder for me today: don’t just be there… be present.
Enjoy the stage your kids are in right now. Don’t rush it. These moments go faster than you think.
Be the best dad you can be. Be the best person you can be. That’s what really matters.
