I’d love to get your feedback on this… why do you think the real estate market is where it is today?
Here’s what I’m sure of: After COVID, the market went wild. Homes were selling in minutes, multiple offers flooding in before you could blink. But that pace? It was never sustainable. That kind of frenzy throws everything off.
Same thing happened in ‘05—values shot up way beyond where they should’ve been. And just like then, the market eventually needs to correct itself. That’s what I believe is happening right now.
