The house surgery continues… and we officially have a roof. 😂
If you’ve been following along, we’re adding an entirely new wing to our home to create the space our family needs, and it’s finally starting to look like an actual part of the house.
Next up: stucco, electrical, inspections… and somehow we’ve already made ALL the selections. They’re telling me October 17th, so we’ll see. 👀
But this project is also a good reminder that real estate can look different for everyone. Sometimes the right move isn’t buying the next house, it’s figuring out how to make your current home work better for your family while being smart about the value you’re adding along the way.
And I have to give credit to this crew… this job site is so clean you could practically eat off the floors.
