I have to know if I’m the only one…
When I heard something new was finally coming to the old movie theater at Coconut Point, I started imagining all kinds of possibilities.
An outdoor entertainment space. Food trucks. Live music. Maybe even a place to watch movies under the stars.
Instead…Apartments. 🫣
Maybe I’m missing something, but I would’ve loved to see this become more of a destination for the community.
Even my youngest son realizes this might not be the best real estate move… and that gave me a good laugh. 😂
What do you think? Great use of the space, or would you have rather seen something else go there?
