Quick heads up because I know this is happening to a lot of people right now.
I had a situation come through on one of my listings that immediately felt off. Asking for info that was already provided, not being in town, and then pushing for a random Google Meet link.
That’s where you need to pause.
There are scams going around where the goal is simple, get you to click a link. That’s it. And once you do, it can go downhill fast.
For me, it’s simple… if you want to see a property, we’ll find a real way to do it. Phone call, FaceTime, in person, no mystery links.
Just a reminder to trust your gut and be careful out there.
If this saves even one person from clicking the wrong link, it’s worth it.
